  I live just down the street from this shop. We ordered my wedding bouquets here. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on flowers. The manager suggested filler flowers for my bridesmaids and we could do the same for me but add 3 roses for an up charge of 30 more dollars. The morning of the wedding my husband picked up the flowers. The color was wrong, the ribbon was wrong, and there were no roses. That weekend I went in and spoke to the manager. She was very rude. She said that's what I ordered. I wish I had made sure it was right before the wedding. She didn't seem to care at all and I paid extra for roses. She said the roses we're not guaranteed. They would try to get me roses. If that was the case why was I charged for something I never got. I can't believe this place has all these good reviews. This lady was just awful. It wasn't about the money. She didn't care to even apologize for my bad experience.

  Resia and her team are incredible! We were so impressed with their services. They listened to what we wanted, worked within our budget, and delivered an exceptional wedding food to flowers for us and our guests. We appreciated Resia's knowledge, experience and candor when it came to weighing different decisions. The food was delicious and decor was beautiful. The Brides bouquet was just stunning. I would recommend BabyCakes/RLM Affairs to anyone and everyone! We would also like to give a " our tasting, it was exceptional Thank you Taylor!

  This place is the best! I have been shopping here for years everything from anniversary flowers to my wedding. Recently I had the pleasure of hiring them for a catering event at my work, The food was superb tasted really great and the service was top notch. They even gave us fesh flowers for the table at the event. You will not be disappointed no matter what you hire this great team for.

  My husband ordered me flowers, cupcakes and a balloon for my birthday. I received the flowers and the cupcakes but no balloon. He called and a man called me at work to apologize and let me know I would get my balloon the next day. When it didn't arrive my husband called and a lady claiming to be the manager told him that they would not be delivering the balloon. They did not deliver just a balloon. She said the balloon was with the delivery but the driver said I floated away when they got out of the vehicle. My husband was given the option to pick up the balloon, have credit towards a future delivery, or get his money back. He got his money back and we will never but from them again. Very poor customer service! I wonder if the owner knows his manager treated a customer this way!
